YOUROTT.IN Terms of Service

The terms of this agreement (“ToS”) govern the relationship between you and YOUROTT.IN and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “YOUROTT.IN,” “Us,” or “We”) regarding your use of YOUROTT.IN’s website and related digital services (the “Service”).

In this agreement, “YOUROTT.IN” refers to the registered business operated from Saroj Nagar, ETA Chungi, Aligarh – 202002, India. “YOUROTT.IN” also includes all its affiliates, partners, and associated service providers operating under common ownership or business collaboration.

Use of the Service is also governed by YOUROTT.IN’s Privacy Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

For United States residents, you also agree that any disputes with YOUROTT.IN must be resolved on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration, as outlined in detail in Section 8 (Dispute Resolution) of these Terms of Service.

1. License

When you purchase a product from YOUROTT.IN, you are granted a non-transferable, limited-use license for that specific service. This may include digital subscriptions, activation keys, or login credentials for platforms like Netflix, ChatGPT Plus, or Microsoft Office. The license is intended strictly for personal and non-commercial use, unless otherwise stated. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing products purchased from our platform is not permitted.

2. Ownership

All digital products and related content offered on YOUROTT.IN remain the property of their respective owners, brands, or licensors. We act solely as a digital distributor or reseller, providing access to legitimate and verified services. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, service, or intellectual property to the customer. You are entitled only to use the service for the duration specified in your plan.

3. User Content

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details (such as email, phone number, and payment confirmation) when placing an order. False or incomplete information may result in delivery issues or account suspension. We encourage users to communicate respectfully and avoid misuse of our digital services. Any feedback, suggestion, or comment submitted voluntarily to YOUROTT.IN may be used for improvement or marketing purposes.

4. Fees and Purchase Terms

All prices displayed on YOUROTT.IN are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where required. Payments can be made via UPI, cards, or cryptocurrency. Once a digital product is delivered, it is considered final and non-returnable. Refunds or replacements are only issued if the product fails to work as described, verified by our support team. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days through the original payment method.

5. Updates to the Service

We continuously improve our systems, product listings, and service quality. YOUROTT.IN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time without prior notice. These updates are intended to enhance customer experience, ensure better delivery, and maintain compatibility with evolving digital platforms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

While YOUROTT.IN strives to ensure accurate product information and timely delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or performance of third-party services (such as OTT platforms or AI tools). All digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” YOUROTT.IN is not responsible for external service outages, account restrictions by original providers, or user violations of terms from those platforms.
