This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which a customer may request a refund, replacement, or service review.

Because our products are digital in nature, we do not accept physical returns. However, we ensure fair handling of all refund and replacement claims.


2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You are eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

✅ Refund/Replacement is Approved If:

  • You received incorrect login details or the account does not work upon first use.
  • The service/product was not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
  • There is a technical error from our side preventing access.
  • Payment was deducted, but no order confirmation or product details were received.
  • The provided account stops working within a valid warranty period (if specified on product page).

🚫 Refund/Replacement is Not Applicable If:

  • You have successfully accessed and used the product/service.
  • You or a third party changed login credentials or tampered with account settings.
  • Access is lost due to unauthorized sharing, VPN abuse, or device misuse.
  • Refund request is made after 3 days of delivery completion.
  • The problem is related to your device, internet connection, or region restrictions.
  • The account is banned or blocked due to policy violations by the user.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
  • Amounts are returned to the original payment method used during checkout (UPI, card, or wallet).
  • You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once the refund is completed.

4. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is more appropriate than a refund, our team may:

  • Issue new working credentials for the same product, or
  • Extend your subscription/service validity, or
  • Provide store credit (wallet balance) equal to the product value.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Follow these steps to raise a valid request:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of your order delivery.

    • Order ID
    • Payment screenshot or UTR number
    • Detailed issue description
    • Screenshot or proof of the problem (if applicable)
  3. Our verification team will check logs and account activity.
  4. You’ll receive an update within 24–48 hours regarding approval or rejection.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before delivery.
  • Once credentials or activation details are sent, cancellation is not possible.
  • Failed or pending payments are automatically cancelled by the system within 24 hours.

7. Digital Product Disclaimer

Since all products sold on YOUROTT.IN are digital, no physical returns are accepted.
Once digital credentials, codes, or accounts are delivered successfully, ownership transfers to the buyer, and refunds are subject to the conditions above.


8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, our goal is to resolve it quickly and fairly:

  • If unresolved, you may file a claim via your payment provider (UPI/Bank).
